🛍️ Ordering & Products

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online shop, choose the wall clock you love, and click Add to Cart. Then proceed through our secure checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.

Q: Are your wall clocks high quality?
A: Yes! We carefully select durable materials and silent movement technology for accurate and quiet timekeeping in any room.

Q: What if the wall clock I want is sold out?
A: If the product shows “Out of Stock,” feel free to email us at support@lojaalondon.com for restock updates or similar alternatives.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Contact us immediately if something needs to be changed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Lojaa London currently ships across France. We are working to expand delivery to more countries soon.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on location

You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll assist you with a replacement or resolution right away.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Q: Is checkout secure?
A: Yes, we use secure SSL encryption and do not store full card details.

Q: What currency do you charge in?
A: All orders are processed in EUR (€).


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If your wall clock is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom/limited items may not be eligible unless defective.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email your order number and reason for return to support@lojaalondon.com. We will send you return instructions. Please do not return items before contacting us.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We replace items only if damaged or faulty on arrival. For other reasons, you can return the item and place a new order.
